Description text goes hereEMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, trauma-informed therapy that helps individuals process and integrate difficult or overwhelming experiences.
At times, certain experiences can feel “stuck,” continuing to affect how you feel in the present. EMDR supports the brain in reprocessing these experiences so they feel less intense and more manageable.
The process uses gentle forms of bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, tapping, or sound, while staying grounded and supported. Over time, this can reduce emotional distress and support lasting change.
